Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information VaultEleven ("we," "our," or "us") collects when you use www.vaulteleven.club, why we collect it, and what control you have over it. If anything here is unclear, email elite@vaulteleven.club and we'll explain it in plain terms.
1. Who we are
VaultEleven is an influencer marketing agency. For data protection purposes, we are the controller of the information described below. We operate from Canada. If you contact us from the EU, UK, Canada, or California, the rights in section 9 apply to you.
2. What we collect
Information you give us. When you fill in a form, request access, or email us, we collect what you choose to share, typically your name, email address, and anything you include in your message.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our host records basic technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you view. This helps keep the site secure and running. We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not sell your data.
3. Cookies and similar technologies
Our site doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies. We do use a small amount of essential browser storage, for example to remember that you've already seen the intro animation during your visit, so the site runs smoothly. This stays on your device, holds no personal information, and isn't used to track you. If we ever add analytics or marketing technologies, we'll update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
4. How we use your information
We use your information to:
- reply to you and provide the services you ask for
- manage our working relationship if you become a client or partner
- keep the website secure and improve how it works
- send you updates or marketing only where you've opted in or are otherwise permitted
Where the GDPR applies, our legal bases are your consent, performing a contract with you, and our legitimate interest in running and protecting our business.
5. Marketing emails
If you sign up to hear from us, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by contacting us. We honour opt-outs promptly, in line with CAN-SPAM (US), CASL (Canada), and the GDPR and PECR (EU and UK).
6. Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information. We share limited data only with the service providers that help us operate, and only as needed:
- Website hosting: Vercel
- Email and communication: Google Workspace
Each processes data under its own privacy terms. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
7. International transfers
Some of our providers are based outside your country, including in the United States. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses, as required under the GDPR and PIPEDA.
8. How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires. When it's no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it. To have your data removed sooner, see section 9.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you
- correct or delete it
- object to or restrict how we use it
- withdraw consent at any time
- receive a copy of your data in a portable format
These rights come from laws including the GDPR (EU and UK), PIPEDA (Canada), and the CCPA and CPRA (California). California residents also have the right not to be treated differently for exercising them. To make a request, email elite@vaulteleven.club and we'll respond within the timeframe the law allows.
10. Children's privacy
This website isn't intended for anyone under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us their data, contact us and we'll delete it.
11. Data security
We use reasonable, industry-standard measures to protect your information. No method of transmitting data over the internet is completely secure, but we work to keep your data safe and to notify you and the relevant authorities if a breach ever legally requires it.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We'll post changes here with a new effective date, and for significant changes we'll make a reasonable effort to notify you.
