Welcome to VaultEleven. These terms cover your use of www.vaulteleven.club (the "site"). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
1. Who we are
VaultEleven is an influencer marketing agency that connects creators with brands. The site itself is an informational shopfront and a way to get in touch. It does not, on its own, create a client relationship or any obligation for us to provide services.
2. Our services are arranged separately
Any actual work we do, connecting a creator and a brand, managing a campaign, or anything else, is governed by a separate written agreement between us and you. Nothing on this site is an offer, a guarantee of engagement, or a binding commitment to work together. Those terms are set in the relevant contract, not here.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 to use this site or to engage our services.
4. Acceptable use
When using the site, you agree not to:
- use it for anything unlawful or fraudulent
- scrape, copy, or harvest content or data without our permission
- attempt to disrupt, attack, or gain unauthorised access to the site
- misrepresent who you are
5. Our content
The site, including its design, text, logo, and branding, belongs to VaultEleven or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may view it for your own use, but you may not copy, reproduce, or reuse it commercially without our written permission.
6. Anything you submit
If you send us information through a form or by email, you confirm it's accurate and that you have the right to share it. You give us permission to use that information to respond to you and to consider working together. You stay responsible for what you send.
7. No guarantee of results
Influencer marketing depends on many factors outside anyone's control, including audience behaviour, platform algorithms, and third-party decisions. We do not promise specific outcomes such as views, reach, engagement, sales, sponsorships, or revenue. Any examples, figures, or past results shown on the site are illustrative and not a guarantee of future performance.
8. Third parties
We connect brands and creators, but we are not responsible for the independent conduct of any third party, including the content they post, the deals they strike, or how they perform. The site may link to third-party sites we don't control, and we're not responsible for their content or practices.
9. The site is provided "as is"
We provide the site as it is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or secure, though we make reasonable efforts to keep it running.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, VaultEleven is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to cover us for any reasonable losses or claims that arise from your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted here with its effective date. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Canada, and any disputes relating to the site will be handled in the courts of Canada. This clause covers the website only. Any separate services agreement will have its own governing-law clause, agreed per deal.
